Educational Background
United States Naval Academy. Mr. Grover graduated in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science, and a major in Foreign Affairs. Upon graduation, Mr. Grover was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant, in the United States Marine Corps.
Officer’s Basic School. Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA. Leadership and management training for officers entering the United States Marine Corps.  Lt. Grover graduated in 1971 from Officer’s Basic School.
Golden Gate University, School of Law. In 1974, Mr. Grover graduated in the top 20% of his law school class with a J.D. degree. In 1973-74, Mr. Grover was President of the Student Bar Association for the Golden Gate University School of Law, and an ex officio member of the Board of Trustees of Golden Gate University. In 1974, Mr. Grover received the John A. Gorfinkel Award from Golden Gate University for student leadership.
